On 28 September 2025, our team started the Sunday early with a visit to the Ponderosa Regency Sales Gallery in Taman Ponderosa, Johor Bahru. 🌅

📚 What we covered

• Location: the surroundings and green views around Taman Ponderosa
• Project overview: layouts, facilities and who the project suits best
• Show unit: seeing the space and finishes for ourselves

First-hand knowledge means better answers for our buyers in Johor. 💪
