【Event】Project Debate Battle: M Azura vs Eko Titiwangsa 🔥⚡
On 9 December 2025, our Level 2 HQ turned into a battle arena for the very first Project Debate Battle. 🔥⚡
The topic: “If you were the buyer, which project would you choose: M Azura or Eko Titiwangsa?”
🔥 Fire Squad stood for M Azura, while ⚡ Thunder Squad stood for Eko Titiwangsa. Each team had a captain and four debaters, and every point had to be backed by real project knowledge: location, layouts, pricing, facilities and who each project suits best.
Why a debate?
- To know our projects inside out, not just memorise the brochure
- To practise handling real buyer questions and objections
- To see a project from the buyer’s side before we recommend it
The session was hosted by Joanne, with Vivia on the judging panel. Awards went out for Best Debate, Best Rebuttal Speaker and Outstanding Team, and every debater received a certificate of participation. 🏆
Great energy, sharp arguments and a lot of learning on both sides. When our team can argue for a project, they can explain it to any buyer. 💪
