Job Description

🎯Responsibilities:

  • • Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, renewals and tenancy matters.
  • • Coordinate maintenance, contractors and condo management.
  • • Conduct unit inspections and prepare reports.
  • • Follow up on tenant concerns, payments and maintenance requests.
  • • Maintain accurate property management records and systems.

    👀Requirement:

     • Good communication skills in English & BM; Mandarin is a bonus.

     • Able to multitask and handle tenant-related matters.

     • Comfortable with site visits, unit viewings and on-site coordination.

     • Possess own transportation.

     • Property, hospitality, customer service or operations experience is an advantage.
